![]() ![]() That really helps the base, and Talon has a huge bonus.ĭraculs are amazing if you can get them. Another big source of AR is getting enough Dex for max block. With Talon maxed, I don't have any trouble. My only AR boosters are Ravenfrost, and some -% def on my weapon. Having it on your merc is almost better.Īngelics are nice. Having some PDR on your gear does amazing things. For running Nith specifically, a few things can be modified. One requires defensive mods and CB, the other only requires +skills. On a limited budget, it seems best to me if you pick either Traps or Kicking as the main emphasis. Even with that, it just feels wrong for me to put runewords anything but a light, elite armor. I'm certainly not there yet though, i've yet to go and level my new assasin, we'll see how it turns out.Īssassins are one of the few characters that don't give a hoot about their defense. You've at least given me food for thought, and i'm beginning to think about the light armors, though i'm still a bit undecisive because my basic idea is using a heavy armor, if i allready have the strength for it. Then again, you do have a point with saying that high/med armor does not really add much (though i am uncertain of how important defense is, i don't think less then 5k defense will cut it before it starts to get interesting.) i might be choosing fade over BoS most of the time, but the moment i feel i need more speed, i could just as well use it, it's the same technique i use with my trapsin at the moment. With BoS as at least a pre-req and boosted by +skills, i can't see why it should really bother my sin. I'm not sure if the defense bonus of the medium/heavy armors is worth the penalty on running speed and stamina drain. I think best is to run the pit in hell difficulty with no MF, or one one of the other high level areas (ancient tunnels, some of the act 3 temples, WSK. I think all elite armors get 4 sockets from Larzuk.
